Clip editing and custom playback speeds

Edit clips and tune playback without leaving your phone. Change a clip’s colour and length, and set the playback speeds you actually use.

✨ New Features

Added the ability to edit the colour and length of a clip by selecting a single clip and pressing the pencil icon in the toolbar.

Added a new Customise Playback Speeds section to Preferences.
Added 4 customisable speed settings: Super Slow Mo, Slow Mo, Fast and Very Fast.
The upper and lower limits for each speed are automatically defined by the setting of the next sequential speed.
For example, if Slow Mo is set to 0.5x, Super Slow Mo can be set between 0.1x and 0.4x.
Updated the Video Player Settings menu to reflect the new playback speed settings.

Added the ability to create subfolders directly from the mobile app using the 3-dot menu.

Added a Slow Control scroll wheel, similar to the control available in Piston.
Slow Control can be turned on or off using the button on the Video Player overlay.

In Composer Topic Edit mode, tapping a topic now moves the playhead to the start of the first clip in that topic.
Added an ‘Open Videos in Landscape’ preference.
When enabled, opening a video automatically rotates the screen to landscape and keeps it in landscape until the Video Player is closed.
‘Open Videos in Landscape’ is not available on iPadOS.
Improved video scrubbing so the video updates as the playhead is dragged, rather than waiting until the user releases the playhead.
Added haptic feedback on iOS to improve responsiveness when pressing buttons and using tools such as the Slow Control scroll wheel.
Added compatibility for user-uploaded file icons and thumbnails.

Fixed issue where users who changed their notification settings could still receive push notifications from other Organisations.
