New split clip shortcuts in timeline and composer.

• ⇧⌥⌘P - Shift Option Command
  Splits clip at clip cursor in timeline and composer.
• ⌥⌘P - Option Command P
  Splits clip at clip cursor and inserts picture clip in the composer.

'Set Zoom To Current View' added to timeline and composer clips right click menu.

• If there are multiple angles in the collection linked to the clip, the current zoom state for each angle is set.
• To set the zoom for a single angle, right click on the angle movie and choose the menu from there.

Changed MarkUp mode shortcut ⇧⇤ (Shift Tab) to ⌃⇤ (Control Tab).

• This shortcut pushes all buttons down that were last pushed up using ⇤ (Tab) shortcut during MarkUp mode.

Updates to timeline saving and post capture updating routines.

Improved MarkUp mode when multiple timelines are open.
