Portrait mode on iOS and a MarkUp list mode

• 📱 Portrait view in all menus and players on iOS devices.
• 📋 MarkUp list mode. Flip between a MarkUp overlaying the video and a list in the right sidebar, for more video space on small screens.
• 🎨 MarkUp buttons auto-fit the screen better in Overlay mode.

🔨 Improved

• Merging Cuts with JSON export now includes Qualifiers, like Composer video export.
• The Filter menu is now a pop-up.
• AutoCuts in a Local or Server session no longer need the playhead to pass the end point before cutting.
• You can select None in the MarkUp selector.

🐛 Fixed

• AutoCut duration was wrong for Cuts made close to the start or end of a session.
• Videos and photos imported into a Composer from Photos showed the wrong information.
• The overlay controls sometimes showed pause/play instead of a live button.
• Timer pop-up UI on iPhone and macOS.
• A crash when selecting and unselecting clips while clips were still cutting.
• Markers imported from an Angles JSON were not copied to the partial session until it began compiling.
