Setting a connection's route metric now takes effect immediately — previously the new metric was stored but live traffic kept using the old one until the connection reconnected; the change is applied without dropping the link, so it is safe mid-recording
Connections can be renamed from the Connection Priority widget (hover a row for the pencil) — the name is permanent across reboots
Each connected interface shows its IP address beside its name
The widget now explains the two controls — priority picks which network the box auto-connects to; metric picks which active connection carries internet traffic right now (lowest wins, blank = automatic)
