Stars, Pitch Maps and Azure MP4 Upload

· Build 920

Angles Sync

  • Clip stars and qualifier attributes now travel through Piston. A clip rated in Angles, or a qualifier with its own time and pitch position, reaches every other analyst intact; session mode used to drop both on import.
  • Any extra data Angles attaches to a clip or qualifier rides through untouched, so future Angles fields are never lost on the round trip.

Analyse

  • Stars on the page — a five-star control for the selected clip (keys 0 to 5), a "stars and up" filter in the timeline toolbar, and star badges on clips, cards, the video overlay and the phone list. Qualifier attributes show inside each qualifier chip.
  • Pitch map dock — press G to open the session's pitch map beside the timeline. Every positioned attribute is a dot; click one to seek and select its clip, follow mode lights the points near the playhead, and a sibling attribute can colour them.
  • Fit mode is calmer on live sessions. The playhead ball no longer blinks out every few seconds, a fitted view stays fitted as the session grows, and a dock opening beside the timeline re-fits it once instead of bouncing.
  • Editing a star with a card selected no longer blanks the vertical timeline, and the left and right dock layouts keep the ruler and playhead when a dock is open.

Sessions

  • Session page pitch map — when a session has a pitch map and positioned attributes, a widget draws every analyst's points with category, analyst and colour-by filters, a legend, hover detail and a PNG download.
  • The marker table gains a Stars column and shows qualifier attributes as sub-chips.

Scoreboards

  • Pitch Maps live at the bottom of the Scoreboards page, under Team Logos. Pick the sport drawing, orientation and the axis ranges, and choose which attribute category carries the point and which colours it; a markup schema then picks its pitch map. Points are drawn the way Angles' buttons report them, with (0,0) at the bottom-left whichever way the pitch stands.

Cloud Sync

  • Upload MP4s to Azure Blob Storage. The Cloud Sync button and Upload MP4s on Stop now accept an Azure container as well as an S3 bucket; uploads are chunked, resume after a restart, and can be paused or cancelled like S3 uploads. Cancelling a re-upload never touches an earlier copy already in the container.
  • The session title bar's S3 button is now Cloud Sync, and the upload dialog labels each storage entry by provider and target.
  • Supers can now give their own organisation access to a cloud sync storage config; before, only root could link organisations.

Server API

  • Markers carry stars (with a favorite alias), nested qualifier attributes, and clip_synced on markers that came from an Angles import (present only when true) so the Piston iOS auto-cut feature can tell them apart again.
  • The API reference (docs/piston_api.md) catches up with five weeks of changes — Angles Sync, session schedules, tap control presets, scoreboard templates, frame repair, disk and fleet user endpoints — with refreshed samples.
