A scheduled session the server couldn't start no longer vanishes without a word. If an encoder isn't publishing yet at the scheduled time (and the camera has no fallback slate), the entry stays on the Scheduled Sessions list with the reason, the server keeps trying every few seconds for ten minutes, and the session starts as soon as the encoders are up.
After ten minutes it stops trying but the entry stays, marked in red with the last reason, so nobody is left guessing. Editing the scheduled session re-arms it.
