A scheduled session whose camera fails at the scheduled time no longer leaves a trail of stopped sessions behind. Since Build 925 the scheduler retried every failed start, including one where a camera's recording had already been started and then failed, so each retry left another stopped session (around thirty over ten minutes). Now only a start that was refused before anything was created is retried. One that created a session and then failed is marked Not started straight away, naming the session it left.
Retries for a refused scheduled start (an encoder not publishing yet) now happen every 15 seconds for ten minutes instead of every 5 seconds.
An unexpected error during a scheduled start is shown on the scheduled entry and gives up after ten minutes like any other refusal, instead of retrying indefinitely.
