Drag to reorder Composer clips with a new selection mode
Composers on mobile are now much easier to arrange. Drag clips to reorder them within and across topics, and use the new selection mode to work with several clips at once.
✨ New Features
Composer Enhancements
- You can now long press and drag clips to reorder them within and across topics in Composers. Available in both Clip View and Edit Topics View.
- Introduced a new selection mode in Composers:
- The previous move icon has been replaced with a Select icon.
- Tap to select multiple clips or topics using checkboxes.
- Perform bulk actions like sending to another composer or deleting multiple items at once.
- When in selection mode, a new toolbar displays the number of selected items along with a Delete option to remove all selected clips/topics in one action.
🔨 Improvements
Composer & Workflow
- Selected clips are now automatically de-selected when exiting selection mode.
- Switching between Clip View and Edit Topics View will now clear any active selections.
- Undo now correctly restores clips and topics deleted via multi-select actions.
Timeline & Editing
- Added Create New Row button to the timeline toolbar in landscape mode.
- Selecting a row in landscape view now clearly highlights it in the sidebar with a dotted outline.
Uploads & System Feedback
- Updated upload modal messaging to correctly display “Processing”.
- Upload button is now disabled while content is processing, preventing duplicate uploads.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where iPhone recordings (screen recordings in landscape and camera recordings in portrait) were uploaded with incorrect orientation.
- Fixed issue where certain actions in landscape mode (e.g. creating a row) would incorrectly switch the interface to portrait.
- Fixed crashes occurring when filtering in the landscape sidebar.
