Filter by notes, flexible filtering and new cut and Composer settings

⭐️ New and improved
📝 Marker note filtering. Filter timeline markers by whether they have a note.
🔍 More flexible filtering. The option to filter markers in or out now sits inside each filter type (Markers, Users, Qualifiers) for more precise combinations.
🏷️ Qualifier matching. Choose whether markers must match all selected qualifiers or any of them, alongside Match All or Partially Match Criteria between filters.
↩️ Return to Session from Composer. A quick-return button when you reach a Composer from a session.
✂️ Manual Cut behaviour setting. After closing the manual cut menu, choose to stay paused (default), resume playing from the current timestamp, or jump to live in a live session.
🎬 Composer navigation after sending Cuts. Choose to automatically open the Composer (default) or stay in the Session Cuts view.
🐛 Fixes and tweaks
A crash if the Composer and Settings menu were open while the server ran checks.
Filtering for Starred markers stopped swipe navigation between filtered markers.
Filter menu: Done and Clear buttons moved for usability, and filters showing white markers no longer have white text.
Support for Row Categories in the Marker sidebar.
A Global Filter applied for the first time was not remembered when switching sessions.
Converting a Global Filter into a Session Filter created duplicates.
Repeated logouts after switching servers because of incorrect server checks.
