Countdown timers, custom formats and timer presets

Piston 9.8 adds a set of new Timer features, plus a workflow setting for exporting without cutting.

Countdown mode. The Timer can now count down as well as up.
Custom timer formats. Choose how the timer is displayed, for example hh:mm:ss.
Play and pause. The timer overlay now has play and pause controls.
Fixed Timer. Place the timer in the Session Toolbar instead of overlaying it on the video.
Timer Presets. Save timer setups and reuse them in future sessions.
Hide negative values. New Timer settings hide negative values before or after the timer’s start and end times.

Turn off cutting for Auto Cut and Open Ended Cut buttons. A new setting lets you add in and out times for JSON or CSV exports without cutting the clip on the device.

On macOS, session type headings were cut off in Session view.
On macOS, the Share menu options could appear behind session headings.
On macOS, the swipe-to-share gesture could get stuck on screen.
Fixed a crash that could happen if the device lost its connection to the server while the Session Player settings were open.
