Root users are now asked at login whether to work across All Organisations or scope to one — even when they belong to a single organisation (previously the choice was silently carried over from the last session)
Root users can scope into ANY organisation from the chooser (seeing exactly what that organisation's members see), matching what the API always allowed
Fixed two markup-list bugs in the app API: All Organisations mode returned an error instead of the markups, and scoped users (all roles) never received unassigned/legacy markups; the same hidden-markup bug affected web lists and is fixed there too
Streaming Cameras
Sessions can start BEFORE a publishing device begins streaming — the armed fallback slate records from the first second, so all pitch cameras start together and a phone can join and leave during the session; slate-armed camera pills show a clapperboard badge on the New Session page
Starting a session with an offline, unprotected publishing camera now fails with a clear message instead of silently recording a dead angle
Registering a device stream now ignores name capitalisation and stray spaces, so a phone can no longer create accidental duplicate streams
