A root user scoped to an organisation now sees exactly what that organisation's members see — markups, scoreboards, cameras, camera groups and pickers no longer leak other organisations' assets into a scoped session
Cross-organisation sharing (markups and scoreboards) is an All Organisations activity — a scoped root switches modes to share; super users are bound to their memberships on both sides of a share
The login/switch chooser offers only All Organisations plus the organisations you belong to (for root too)
Unassigned assets (no organisation) are visible only in All Organisations mode — assigning or sharing an asset is what publishes it to an organisation; servers that don't use organisations are unaffected
Fixes
Opening a markup outside your organisation returned a server error instead of not-found
Super users could previously share markups into ANY organisation — now bound to their memberships
