Add notes to cuts and a Note Marker icon in the sidebar

📝 Notes in the Cut player. Add a note to a Cut and it syncs back to the Markers in the server, local or live session.
🗒️ Note Marker icon (keyboard shortcut N) in the right Markers sidebar. Use it to create marks offline when no MarkUp is loaded. It can create a Cut too if that setting is ticked.
📤 Share raw MP4s of a whole session. Swipe left on a local session.

Swiping on a marker in the sidebar to cut now always appears under that marker’s heading.
Better manual Cuts processes and interface.
Better Cut syncing in the Split Screen Cut viewer.
Better jump to live and partial from the Cuts Player.
🐛 Fixed
AutoCut buttons with an offset longer than the autocut did not cut.
A MarkUp had to be reloaded after viewing the partial session or the Cuts list if it was not selected when starting a session.
Screen recording and the drawing tool did not work in the split screen Cut player.
The Jump To button in the Drawings List did not return to that moment in the session.
