Cut looping, a stop confirmation and more settings

• ✅ Confirmation when stopping a server session from the app.
• ⌨️ Turn off the screen overlay controls when an external keyboard is detected.
• 🔴 Jump to live after finishing a Note or Qualifier List is now an option, and the default.
• 🔁 Cut Looping mode in the Cuts player.

🔨 Improved

• Sharing several Cuts at once no longer puts them in a folder, so they open in Photos directly.

🐛 Fixed

• Overlay controls were off centre on the phone, and the settings menu did not scroll far enough.
• Entering the Partial Session from the Sessions list while a live session was running.
• Infinite buffering when jumping to live within a live session.
• The Stopwatch time display was wrong.
• Video looped when the session was ended from the web interface.
